PLATFORM PARTNER PROGRAM
OVERVIEW
GPA now gives the option of owning and managing their
own virtual switch. GPA’s prepaid switch platforms
offer the most versatility and value – enabling
our partners to be more competitive and profitable. GPA
will provide all of the benefits of owning your own switch,
without the investment, risk or responsibility of managing
a complex and constantly changing debit switch platform.
GPA will provide qualified candidates with all the raw
materials to manufacture, distribute and manage a prepaid
calling card platform, a turnkey system – available
in one day.
PLATFORM
FACILITIES
GPA platform switching facilities are in Dallas, New York
and Miami operating on state-of-the-art platforms from
Lucent/Excel, Cisco and others. Our alliance partners
offer prepaid calling platforms with complete call processing
and debit accountability, unlimited network and service
expandability, distributed switching architecture, international
telephony support and a web based Windows interface.
PLATFORM COMPONENTS
There are four primary components to the GPA Platform
Partner Program. The total of these components equals
the cost of your platform.

ORIGINATION –
Also known as the “inbound leg”, is
the costs associated with the toll-free (800) or
local access numbers that the user calls to initiate
a phone call. Origination costs range from .008
to .015 for local access and .01 to .02 for toll-free
access (48 states). Origination from outside the
continental US including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto
Rico, USVI and Guam is also available at very low
costs. |

TERMINATION –
Also know as the “outbound leg”, this
is the cost to terminate (or transport) the call
to the destination number (party receiving the phone
call). Costs vary depending on what country and/or
city within that country the call is being made
too and all costs are subject to LCR (least cost
routing). |

PLATFORM FEES
– Also known as “switching fee”,
this is a fee paid to GPA to use the virtual platform
and pricing ranges from .003 to .0075 per switched
minute depending on whether it is a domestic (US),
Mexico or International minute. |

CUSTOMER SERVICE
– If you wish GPA to handle your customer
service, there will be a fee ranging between .001
and .003 cents per switched minute. You will be
issued your own 800 number that will be answered
in the name of your company. If you choose to do
your own customer service, then this cost would
not apply. |
LCR
(LEAST COST ROUTING)
GPA uses a least-cost-routing software program designed
to route all calls over the least expensive routes. There
are approximately 270 countries that your virtual platform
has access to. For each of those countries we usually
keep 4-6 carriers in line to terminate the traffic. Each
call that comes into the platform will be first routed
to the lowest cost carrier for completion. If that carrier
is out of capacity or if that carrier has been disabled,
then the call is routed to the next lowest cost carrier.
This entire process takes only about one second and is
continued until the call is completed. Actual LCR routing
will determine your actual termination costs. Carriers
may be disabled if they don’t meet the connectivity
or quality minimums established by GPA. LOCAL
& 800 ACCESS
GPA offers nationwide 800 access numbers for all phone
card programs and local access in most larger cities,
which can allow you to offer even more minutes or earn
even higher margins when using local access.
INTERNATIONAL ORIGINATION
We also offer ITFS (International Toll-Free Service) that
would allow you to offer your end-users the ability to
call from the US to other countries or from over 60 different
countries to anywhere else in the world. FRAUD
CONTROL
Hackers’ account for millions of dollars in lost
telecom revenues each month. GPA employs over 20 fraud
control features, including the ability to disallow destination
by country or continent or upon detection of invalid authcode
attempts. GPA even offers a 24/7 automated 800 line where
you simply enter the control number and pin to either
activate or deactivate cards. TRAINING
GPA provides free training in our New Orleans offices
for all Platform Partners. This 1 1⁄2 day intensive
schedule will focus on giving you the fundamentals of
running your own switch and how to position your products
strategically in the marketplace. We will extend to you
our years of experience and special skills in running

OF SALE ACTIVATION PROGRAMS
The GPA Virtual Switch program is fully integrated to
support most POSA programs. Our system includes a direct
interface for Verifone, KwikSystems & LDC terminals
and includes full tracking of all transactions directly
from the switch to the point of sale terminal. Our system
computes and reports all product sales, commissions and
discounts online. BUILT
IN MULTIPLE PRODUCTS FOR POSA
Our POSA system has already built-in the ability to offer
multiple prepaid and stored value products from point
of sale terminals. In addition to phone cards, you can
offer prepaid wireless from AT&T, Verizon, Voicestream,
Cingular, Tracfone, Alltel, Sprint and others, plus you
can offer prepaid Internet and home phone (dial tone).
RECHARGABLE PHONE CARDS
Your GPA Virtual Switch will allow you to offer your customers
rechargeable prepaid calling cards. We have several recharge
options to meet virtually any personal or corporate need
including auto-charge via credit card, recharge via swipe
POS terminals and recharge by calling our customer service
department. AUTOMATED
800 ACTIVATION & DE-ACTIVATION HOTLINES
GPA was the first to introduce a 24/7 activation and deactivation
hotline directly interfaced with our switch platforms.
This is an important tool when you need to activate a
single card or range of cards, but aren’t near your
computer – it’s also highly useful if cards
are lost or stolen as they can be deactivated by calling
our 800 IVR system, entering the pin and control number
and then having the card immediately turned off.
DIRECT TO RETAIL MANAGEMENT
SOFTWARE
If you sell to retail stores, or have distributors that
sell to retail stores, then you will appreciate this online
software application that provides inventory control,
online activation, personalized invoicing, agent or rep
commissions, automatic fulfillment and tracking of every
pin and card right down to the individual retail store
locations. Plus, you can actually identify online which
cards in which store have been sold so you can better
service the retail locations. DIRECT
TO RETAIL ONLINE DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM
This module is designed for your sales reps or your distributors
sales reps to enter their orders online. The system provides
full-customized detail of all your products, including
the card faces and posters. Allows the user to place orders
online, automatically calculates the discounts (based
on your instructions), creates the invoice and notifies
your shipping department of the delivery instructions.

E-COMMERCE INTERNET
SITE
Included in our Platform Partner Program is the creation
and hosting of a fully functional website where all your
cards can be sold. By selling direct to the consumer over
the Internet you can dramatically increase your margins,
earning the equivalent of up to 75% on domestic programs
and an extra 20-25% on international programs. We will
private label a site based upon GPA’s own Prepaidonline.com
technology (www.prepaidonline.com)
1+ LONG DISTANCE
Platform customers may also take advantage of our switched
long distance products offered on a wholesale basis from
our carrier Telegenius. For additional details, visit

GRAPHIC ART DESIGN/PRINTING
GPA has it’s own full time graphic arts department
that will assist you in the creativity, design and production
of your card faces, posters and other marketing collateral
including in-store POP materials. We are not in the printing
business, but because of our volume can offer you some
of the lowest pricing from reliable, quality printers.
IF YOU HAVE AN EXISTING
PROGRAM
GPA can move your existing programs to your virtual switch.
We would require authorization from you to move the 800
access numbers and customer service numbers if applicable.
We would also need the pin files, with balances that we
would then import under your account on our platform.
The whole process can be accomplished in 2-3 days and
faster if urgency is required. TERMS
& CONDITIONS • PAYMENT
TERMS – Platform customers are billed every Monday,
for the previous Monday thru Sunday. Payment is due on
Wednesday via wire transfer. • DEPOSITS
– A deposit equal to one week’s billing is
required.
• MINIMUM WEEKLY VOLUME – The
minimum weekly volume for platform customers can be adjusted
to meet your needs and a ramp up period can be arranged.
